I came across your blog doing some research on PSMF — I’ve sustained 140 pounds of weight loss for more than three years but have struggled to lose those last few pounds. I think I have been shortchanging myself on protein with my One Meal A Day approach to nutrition and, frankly, been hitting the high intensity circuits and barbells too hard.
I’m trying the PSMF and expanding the length of my feeding window to 8 hours a day. And I’m dialing back the gym intensity which drives hunger to ravenous levels.
