PSMF – Status Report – Oct 29, 2017

Not much more to say than this:

The rise in the middle was a weekend refeed – hung out with friends in the Smokey Mountains, TN.  Saw bears. Ate keto (but way too much). By about a week after the refeed I was right back losing weight.

The rate of drop has been pretty close to estimates although just a bit behind.
